Another batch of changes in RoundsBoard:

• Organizations — create, edit and manage organizations yourself, and assign them to tournaments.
• Organizer management — tournament organizer roles and inviting co-organizers by e-mail.
• Account sign-up — you can now create an organizer account in RoundsBoard yourself.
• Tournament location editing — automatically place the tournament on the map from its address, or set it manually (no more typing in coordinates by hand!).
